Hendricks County Senior Services provides services, programs, and activities that can help people live with independence and dignity in their own homes for as long as possible.

Hendricks County Senior Services (HCSS) believes fairness, equality and inclusiveness is of the utmost importance in fulfilling its mission to the communities it serves. Based on this belief, Hendricks Senior Services recognizes that in order to be effective, the agency must promote an organizational culture, recruitment, partnerships and other business practices that demonstrate inclusiveness.

HCSS defines diversity in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, language, cultural background, sexual orientation, disability and religious belief. We also recognize and value any aspect by which people are different from one another, such as job capability, social-economic background, marital status, geographic location and educational background.

HCSS's policies and practices promote and measure inclusiveness in various aspects of its internal and external functions. These encompass the entire organization from its board, its staff, its clients and how services are delivered.

Bachelor's Degree, two years of management experience, superior oral presentation, written communications, and relationship-building skills required. Demonstrated track record in fundraising-including events and individual/corporate solicitation.
