Hendricks County Senior Services, Inc. believes that older persons have a right to live with independence and dignity, with the best quality of life, in the home of their choice, for as long as possible. Towards that end, Hendricks County Senior Services offers an array of supportive services.

Hendricks County Senior Services (HCSS) believes fairness, equality and inclusiveness is of the utmost importance in fulfilling its mission to the communities it serves. Based on this belief, Hendricks Senior Services recognizes that in order to be effective, the agency must promote an organizational culture, recruitment, partnerships and other business practices that demonstrate inclusiveness.
HCSS defines diversity in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, language, cultural background, sexual orientation, disability and religious belief. We also recognize and value any aspect by which people are different from one another, such as job capability, social-economic background, marital status, geographic location and educational background.
